Webinar: Panel Discussion on How Mask-Wearing Affects Our Breathing

How and why does mask-wearing affect our breathing? What can it tell us about our health and fitness?

In partnership with SH//FT, the Health and Human Performance Foundation offered a free discussion on how mask-wearing for COVID-19 transmission prevention impacts our breathing. The panel included experts in breathing practices, public health research, and mental health.

With this webinar, our goal was to shed light on what is really going on when you wear a mask and how you can make the experience more bearable.
