Lean Into Stress with Brian MacKenzie

Register now for this HHPF fundraiser!

The Health & Human Performance Foundation (HHP Foundation) is changing the landscape of the health and human performance industries through the scientific understanding of breathing practices.

HHPF conducts research and communicates findings on the effectiveness of breath-related solutions for optimizing human potential.

By focusing on the natural human capacity for stress regulation, our research identifies solutions that complement western medicine while reducing our reliance on pharmaceuticals.

We are ending the epidemic of stress-related conditions.

We are transforming the existing limits of human performance

In collaboration with 3 universities, 4 scientists, 2 grad students, and 1 fire department, we are currently investigating anxiety, CO2 tolerance, the gut microbiome, and firefighter performance in 3 pilot studies and 1 systematic literature review as we work to build the nonprofit infrastructure necessary to raise funds in support of follow-up research.

We are currently raising funds to investigate the following topics: stress and anxiety, autoimmune conditions, athletic performance, lung disease, blood donor syncope, and cognitive decline.
